Plymale’s passion for creating a welcoming environment stem from her time as an Assistant Administrator in the healthcare industry where she bridged the gap between employers and employees and enhanced interdepartmental communication. Her expertise includes compliance, coaching and training, organizational development, employee relations, and complaint resolution. Plymale holds a BS in Business Administration, an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, and has completed her doctoral studies in Business Administration (ABD).
