Due to poor winter weather conditions on the mountaintop, Monticello will be closed to the public on Thursday, February 20.
Jefferson made detailed entries about plantation accounts and recorded information about his farming and industrial operations, including many references to the dozens of people who lived on Mulberry Row, what they did, and how Mulberry Row changed over time.
