Jody Lahendro, FAIA, has been the Historic Preservation Architect in UVA’s Capital Construction & Renovations Department for more than sixteen years, managing work on the University’s historic buildings. Most recently he was project manager for the Rotunda and Carr’s Hill renovations. Previously he had his own architectural practice in Richmond for eighteen years, specializing in historic preservation. Lahendro received his bachelor of architecture degree from Virginia Tech, and his master in architectural history from UVA where his thesis was on Fiske Kimball.
