    Clock weights that go into the floor, Mastodon bones, double-acting doors...there are lots of things at Monticello that kids find fascinating. These special guided 45-minute tours are specially designed for families with children ages 5 to 11. Offered seasonally multiple times each day.

  • From Slavery to Freedom Tour

    This 2.5 hour, guided, small-group, interactive tour explores Monticello through the perspectives of enslaved people who labored on the plantation. Similar tour previously titled the "Hemings Family Tour."

  • Plantation Archaeology Walking Tour
